For the last couple of hours the left side of my bump has been feeling sore and tight and hurts a lot more when i stand or cough - what could it be? Its scaring me xx

BH's maybe? Sounds like it to me. Sometimes u do get them on one side only xx

Have you strained yourself and not noticed at the time?

Im no expert but as long as bubs is moving and you havent got any bleeding i try not to worry too much (easier said than done)

Would always say ring mw tho to put your mind at rest xx

I had this with Toby right at the end! Woke up in pain on one side and moving or coughing (I had an awful cough at the time) was even more painful - I think I might have pulled something coughing in my sleep. Give your mw a call if you're worried though (although if moving or coughing makes it worse when you're tensing muscles it does sound more likely to be something you've done to yourself rather than anything with baby) x

I had this late in my pregnancy, it was where Lo always poked out her feet and it got reallllly sore in the last week! Could it be the same for you? Xx
