Scan today.. Placenta Previa in first tri. Anyone with experience?

Hey everyone,

I've been spotting on and off since I got my BFP. I've been dated 8+4 at today's scan.
They have noticed that I have a complete placenta Previa and it covers the top of my cervix. Apparently this is why I have been spotting. They said not to worry about it and that most will move up as baby grows.
They didn't say anything but I've read on Google that I should be taking it easy, no heavy lifting, no sex etc. Is this true?
Also has anyone been diagnosed with this? And did yours move up?
I've already had one section so I'm not worried about having another. Just worried about the complications (bleeding) that can happen.

My sister had it hun she was fine even no bleeding hers didn't move and she had a section. She didn't take it easy she worked on her feet all day and she was never concerned or given any cause for concern. They kept insisting it would move but it didn't.
My friend had it too but hers moved around 30 something weeks.

Thank you Hun. I think it will move up tbh as I'm so early and there is plenty of time. I was just curious because it said rest of Google. Xx
