Sandwich fillings/toast toppings

I'm going to give poppy some toast and also make a little sandwich but am not sure what to use as fillings/toppings. I've bought some dairylea but am stumped at what else I can use. Is butter ok? Would I need to use unsalted?

I use philli, decent jam, finely grated cheese, a small amount of anchor spreadable (not those other spreads that are full of crap), you could try hummous, smidgen of marmite (quite high in salt though).
