Rosacea/red spotty patches on face

Does anyone else have big red patches on there face?, I'm assuming it's due to pregnancy and hormones. I have a patch of really red skin on the right hand side of my face and there are itchy little spots on it. I have got to the stage where it is reaaaally hard to cover with normal make up. I really need some specialist make up to cover it.

I have one small patch on my face but its not itchy and can be covered by make up. I asked my midwife about it and she said it would go after I've had the baby. If you're worried about the itching I'd speak to your midwife, she may be able to suggest something to use on it. Xx
