Ok so I have the capsules that u open and use to make tea but I always end up with horrible bits at the bottom? I end up having a to stir it between each mouthfall!

Can u get tea bags?

Ive got the capsules and started taking my first one tonight! Ive mixed it in with hot vimto but I dont know it tastes like yet as Im just waiting for it to cool down a bit

It ruined my hot vimto lol! Going down the other option of just taking the tablets orally.

Just to let you know tho hun, i get them horrible bits at the bottom of the cup and i use the tea bags!
