Hi Ladies.

I recently started reflexology. Only has two sessions so far. Looking to hear if anyone has had any success with this/experience of it?

I have fairly regular cycles so I doubt it will impact this. Have been taking epo to improve cm.

Just heading into cycle 7 and feeling low. Looking for some hope from other people's experiences

Thank you, xxxx

I started reflexology about a year and a half ago. I love it and find it so relaxing.
I had regular cycles as well but it helped improve my lining and flow, went from dark, clotty blood to red, clot free, helped my pms symptoms like sore boobs etc and overall improved my mental well being, made me stronger and less anxious about TTC xx

Thank you. Good to hear such a positive experience. Sometimes I think I'm just throwing my money away with all these ideas - spent a small fortune on opks, epo and vitamins so far. It's reassuring to hear I may not be wasting my money with the reflexology

My periods are also clotty so hopefully it will help there. Sometimes I worry they are too light too.

Mine have always been light too (1st day light flow, 2nd day medium flow, 3rd day light flow then nothing 4th day), it doesn't matter as long as it's a healthy lining and the reflexology helps with that xx
I go fortnightly to mine and can't see me ever stopping to be honest, I truly love having it!

I'm thinking of trying this, managed to find a lady in my area who says she is a qualified maternity reflexologist, although I dont doubt her experience I didn't really get the best feeling from her....I cant explain it? I tend to go a lot on instinct and have to be really comfortable with people in stuations like this due to anxiety, so not sure what to do....

Karen - Did yours specialise in fertility reflexology? did you have to have it at certain times of your cycle?

Lottie I bought deep tissue massager and I massage my feet at home. It's relaxing x

I would like to do this, but at 40 pound a time, I don't think it'll be worth it :/

Yes it isn't cheap....but seems cheaper than acupuncture and hynotherapy

Will keep you all updated on how it goes.....any changes in cycles or dare I say it a bfp

You need to feel comfortable with the person doing it, it can make you feel emotional and vulnerable at times. Trust your instinct and find somebody else.
Mine didn't specialise in fertility or maternity but I felt really comfortable with her and it's really all about balancing your body so for me a specialist wasn't important. I was the first person she had that was there for fertility reasons and she has been so supportive and has done a fertility and maternity course since I have been seeing her to help me. She has now done a mother and baby course so that me and baby can both be done and she can show me some techniques for baby for relaxation and colic etc xx
Mines costs £25 per session and I don't go at certain times of my cycle but she does adjust what she focuses on depending on where a was in my cycle.

I had reflexology and I'm sure it contributed to us conceiving! The month she said my body was ready we conceived after 15 months :) xx
