Reflexology

Hello

I'm having a reflexology appt tomorrow following medical managment after MMC (had procedure yesterday)

The lady I am seeing specialises in fertility treatments so I'm looking forward to it.

Does anybody have any experiences to share? Xx

I've been having reflexology for just over a year now. The first 6 months of that she couldn't do anything with my reproductive system because I was on clomid but after that she worked on it. I've found it great for relieving the stress of TTC, my period blood improved (changed from dark clots to a good red flow), improved PMS symptoms and generally helped my overall sense of well being. I'm still going fortnightly and don't intend to ever give it up as I find it great overall xx

Is it safe then when pregnant? Do they alter their technique ?

It's safe in pregnancy but they have to make adjustments in the first trimester. I absolutely love it and intend to get baby started once he's born also x

Hey peanutbutter, it's supposed to Increase blood flow, regulate cycles increase circulation reduce stress, that's just some of the benefits xx

It was really good thanks!! Crazy how she knew what parts on my body were hurting from my feet! She also said that somthing was going on with my eyes, each time I've been pregant I keep getting black spots (had them tested and all fine) so it is odd she picked that up! Xxxz

Glad you enjoyed it. It is amazing how they can tell! When I told mine I had found out the gender of my baby she said she already knew it was a boy cos she had felt it!!

I find it amazing! I have acupuncture and love it but would seriously consider reflexology if I wasn't x
