I started having reflexology after my 3rd mc last year, its amazing! Really relaxing, and definately feel more in balance after a session (sadly it only lasts a few days though!). I had a course of sessions weekly for 6 weeks, then I still see the same lady monthly for a session. She's been doing me an Indian head massage through tri1, but yay, next time i can have it again.

It def cleared up my IBS and anxiety symptoms, slept better for about a week afterwards. Not sure how much it helped with ttc/rmc, but it kept me sane at least. My therapist had rmc too, so she's been a great support on a personal level too.
