    Hi all,

Am new to this forum. Hello!

We are ttc no1. I have a thin uterine lining and very light, short periods. I saw a specialist and she thinks this is due to me having had two depo provera injections in 2014 :eh: so it's basically just a waiting game, waiting for it to wear off! I am ovulating according to scans and prog levels (taken around day 24-25 as I ovulate late in a 28/29 day cycle, I get my LH surge on day 18 , so obviously this is not ideal!).

Well, I started drinking raspberry leaf tea to thicken up my uterine lining as I have read it can really help. Well, I did some more research yesterday and apparently it can decrease blood flow, ease heavy periods and shorten long cycles. Kind of the opposite of what I want!

Does anyone have any experience? Anyone in the know?

    Thank you everyone! :)

Sorry I can't answer your question directly but I wonder if it is possible for it to have a balancing out effect? Like I know there are herbs that are recommended to help regulate bp and can be used for both high and low bp.

I have 33 day cycles, did not affect me at all. So maybe it might help you. There's lots of other things that can help lengthening it such as progesterone cream (someone in ttc used this and got bfp first cycle) b6 can also help. X
