Really unsure of what's going on

So I've never been late for periods and I always start them by the day I'm supposed to and they usually last anywhere from 7-12 days and are heavy. This cycle though I was 7 days late then barely started spotting for 3 days (not really even enough to need a panty liner) and then it was gone. I took a test about at about 4/5 days late and it was negative it was just a cheapie. I've been having all the pregnancy symptoms though and they only seem to be getting worse. Is there any chance I could still be pregnant. Any help would be appreciated as I'm really confused

The bleed could of been implantation bleed.
Re-test in a few days.

Maybe you ovulated late for some realm x
