good thing to be drinking? Not sure whether to get some...I'm not looking to bring labour on as such, just reading about the other potential benefits. or are there risks too?
I'm 37 weeks on Sunday Xx

Ooo following
I thought it was good for strengthening your uterus muscles for contractions
But I may have that wrong x

My midwife mum said I should get some capsules and try it again. I can't remember the best time to start though!! I'm not sure if it has any real evidence to support it but it definitely made me feel better I was trying something

I drank it to help thicken the lining before my ivf embie was transferred and it worked! So ive got some left and have drinking on and off for the last 5+ weeks :) xx

I took it with my forst and have just started taking it again.

I do it from 34 wks and increase the dose every week.
By the end have both tablets and teabags.

It all depends on the MG in your tablets to how many you take per day/week.

If your buying the bags i recommend Clippers brand. They have the most % of rlt in them :)
I get my caps off amazon.

Heres a list i found online which i believe are defo no nos to taking it.

You should NOT take raspberry leaf tea:

If you've already had a baby and your labour was very short
If you're scheduled to have a planned caesarean for a medical reason
If you've previously had a caesarean section
If you've ever had a premature labour
If you've had vaginal bleeding, or spotting in the second half of pregnancy
If you have a family or personal history of ovarian cancer endometriosis or fibroids
If you have any complications or health problems in your pregnancy
If you have high blood pressure
If you are expecting twins
If you are on medication
If you have liver or kidney disease
