Raspberry leaf tea capsules

Starting on them tomorrow (no harm in trying) and might sound like a stupid question but...with regards to the 6 a day, do you take all 6 at once or say 2 in morning, 2 in afternoon, 2 in evening? X

I don't know for numbers but just wanted to say I have a friend who is a midwife, and she told me yesterday to definitely them as they really work!

id say take them in 2's as they taste nasty lol but either way it dosent really matter. i started the tea from 32 weeks last preg, at 1 cup a day then 2 a day 33 weeks etc up 1 cup per day from there til 6 cups and stuck at that. i swear it helped get my back to back 10lb 14oz baby out
