Now I know raspberry leaf tea is a no no, unless you are trying to induce labour, but is the above ok?

Bit worried now, as already had one glass. It is nice tho :s

yeh it will be fine, its raspberry leaf which you take. It also isn't meant to induce labour it just does something to help your uterus when the big day comes! Xx

raspberry leaf does not induce labour

it only helps to prepare and soften your cervix.... You can start drinking it from around 30-33 weeks for it to help.

Don't feel silly how would you know if u didn't ask? It tones your uterus (rasberry leaf tea/capsules) and they say not to take it prior to 33 weeks just to be safe but I don't think it will induce labour just make things easier when u are in active labour and if u drink aftwr birth too it helps it tone itself back into shape.
