I know constipation and vomiting are common, but has anyone experienced D+V in pregnancy? I'm in third trimester and three times now in the last month or so, I've been lying in bed at night and then suddenly had to rush to the loo for both ends (sorry for TMI). It's extremely unpleasant, painful and usually accompanied by sweating and feeling feverish and weak.
It only seems to happen when I've just gone to bed, feel particularly exhausted and babies are very active. I wonder if it could be them pushing on certain areas that causes this double effect.
I'm ruling out food poisoning and illness because I've had blood and stool samples done and things have come back looking ok.
Anyone else?
