Hi all,
I used to be an active member on here and sadly have neglected the forum due to college and work. I'm popping back though to be cheeky and see if anyone is able to fill in this questionnaire for me. The average time to fill this in is less than 2 minutes so it's not too time consuming.
It is for my college research project looking at visits made my health visitors and the support then offer. I am looking for women who have had a child within the last 5 years. If you're able to take the questionnaire I would be amazingly grateful as, yes I'd like a good mark, but it is a cause close to my heart and I'd like to do it justice
