Questions about steak?

Dads treating me to steak tonight, with mash and pepper corn source! Mmmmmmm yum!
Does my steak have to be fully cooked? And is peppercorn source okay to eat?

Your meant to make sure the meats cooked through with no blood running through it and yes peppercorn sauce is ok mmm yum enjoy!!
