My little girl (11wks) has been put on infant gaviscon as its supposed to help thicken the forumla - only it doesnt seem to make a difference to the consistency at all!
She only drinks 4oz absolute max and the instructions say 1 dose in no less than 115ml which is just under 4oz. She is on Nutramigen which is a prescription milk.

What has gaviscon done to your babies milk - has it thickened it alot or not?

it dosent thicken milk hun it works in the stomach to stop the contents of the stomach from flowing back into the food pipe x

I haven't noticed the milk being thicker but it seems to work, we have a lot less sick! X

well thats what i thought, but ive read so many things about people saying it thickened their milk and they had to change teats i thought something was wrong!!
