I've pulled a muscle (I think) on one side of my bump from my ribs to hip. Believe it or not I didn't do it at the gym or cutting the grass or doing housework, oh no I managed to do it putting my bra on! Since my boobs are now so big and heavy I've found putting bras on a lot harder esp sports bras, and I twisted funny putting on a sports bra this morning and at the same time the baby did the biggest jump it's done so far and quite high up. Now the side of my bump even hurts just sitting still let alone moving around. Baby has been moving as normal so I assume s/he is ok in there. Do you think it's probably just a pulled muscle?
