So, Cescas' bedtime has been 10 o' clock since she was about 8 weeks old and I've decided it's time to move it forward so that I can have a bit more of an evening. Deciding to take it steady I gave her her last bottle tonight at 9 and put her in her cot at half past. Within 15 minutes (I was sat outside the room listening) she had put herself to sleep without a fuss 
I love my daughter so much!! We're getting up early tomorrow morning so that we can move it forward a bit more as she did so well tonight. Fingers crossed she'll be so good tomorrow.
