Private & NHS fertility hospitals in London & Essex.

Hi Ladies

This is for the girls who live in or have treatment in or around the London or Essex area.

I have been trying to do some research into the fertility clinics in London and Essex that have the best success rates. Does anyone have any experience of them and know which are the best ones??? I have heard it always best to chose somewhere with the best sucess rates.

We are seeing Create Health in Harley Street right now but before we embark on any IVF treatment I would really like to know which ones are the best. I think it is always good to speak to people who have actually had treatment there.

Can anyone share their experience with me??

I'm not sure there is enough people to really be able to help on something so specific so you might be better asking on a different forum.

There is one called fertilityfriends and i wouldn't hang around on their socially because the mods are t***s but it's good for finding opinions on specific things.

There is a section for regions and i'm sure there will be someone who has used those clinics

I think success rates are very important but you have to remember that some clinics take on more difficult clients because they are more specialised and therefore that can reflect negatively on statistics.

Thanks Lou I had not really thought about that. I will log on and see what fertility friends is all about. I have to say this forum is def the most friendly. I tried Baby Centre before this but I just love the girls here.

I have to ask though what does t***s' mean???

I have read very good things about Bourn hall theres one in Colchester and in Cambridge. They have quite high success rates. We're nowhere near ready to start looking into it all properly though so cant help u much more than that, sorry. I am also in Essex though so do let me know if u here of anywhere thats really good

Thanks hon as it turns out we get referred to Bourne hall on the NHS. I have heard fab things as well about Hertz and Essex as well. They have good sucess rates. We are seeing create health at Harley Street and they have been fab and I would thoroughly recommend. As for the NHS we have been under Southend as to be fair they have been good too. It is just the waiting lists. Will know more in March when we go back xxxx
