Do you all take prenatal multivitamins? Or do you take them individually ie vitamin C and D and omega 3! As they are higher doses?! Really not sure what to do xx

I've been taking the Costco prenatal since January, my ob just said as long as it had iron and enough folic acid. I am taking an extra fish oil since I can't take my statin meds right now. I take both daily :)

pregnacare does have the recommended dose of folic acid and vitamin D.

Folic acid vitamin D and co q 10 were what I took. I don’t believe it aided conception though x

I take 800mg folic acid because I’m diabetic but that’s it at the mo. Heard vitamin C can help build lining and D can lengthen LP. Just didn’t want to buy it all when I didn’t have to lol xx

why 800 that’s really high? I only take 500 now pregnant and diabetic x

Folic acid is good when trying to TTC since the baby needs so much of it to prevent spina bifida. If you take more folic acid, you just stock what you need and pee out the rest. It's good to take even when not TTC. I still take it and I'm not TTC!
I would only take a multivitamin, vitamin D and folic acid. I had low iron during pregnancy and had to take extra tablets as well.
My other half took a multivitamin too, vitamin D, CoQ10 and ashwagandha.
Good luck ladies!x

the same as Kitana mentioned - I take multivitamin, vitamin D on regular basis.

i think I posted this somewhere else

I take pregnacare - the one for pregnant women not conception

vitamin d3 1000iu
Co enzyme q10 - excellent for egg quality

tumeric with black pepper for inflammation

linseed oil - or you can take omega 3

I also took zinc and potassium

and ate 4 Brazil nuts a day for selenium

I also got my thyroid tested to make sure tsh is below 2 - this was recommended by the fertility specialist - I take a low dose of thyroxine now

this seemed to work for me
