Anyone taking Pregnenolone for low progesterone? How much should I take and when should I take it if so? Ive been online alllllll day I cant find a thing about it xx

Lisey was this what you recommended to someone else a while back?

I've always thought I need progesterone support because of my spotting but the clinic don't seem too concerned.

Yes I mentioned it. Not a recommendation as such as I have never used it. I couldn't due to having endometriosis and not good for that. Someone I knew took it though and helped progesterone results massively. Would check all side effects and stuff to be sure xx
