Pregnant/Period/Something else?

Hello. May i enquire. I had unprotected sex on jan 11 about 2 to 4 days before my ovulation. Since last monday, jan 21, I've just been feeling warm and heavy and now I've been feeling so very full and bloated even when i eat a Little. Like i can't eat for the next 5 hours something like that. Plus nauseous too. My breasts feel sore and heavy and my nipples are tingly but it's on and off. Not so consistent. But I believe it's the PMS. And jan 22 i tested and it was Negative. My period is due in about 2 or 3 days. So yup I'm not sure whether it's my upcoming period, acid in my Stomach, possible pregnancy (even when negative previously) or I'm just too worried. A little help? thank u!

Test again in 48 hours with first morning wee as HCG should double, sorry I can’t be more help!
