Pregnant after ectopic

I just got a positive test 3 months after my first ectopic pregnancy. (1 positive test 5 days before missed period and a second positive on day period was due)
I have an ultrasound scheduled for next week to confirm but that's a long wait!

As of today I am 4 weeks 3 days

I am feeling slightly nauseous already, my boobs have hurt for a week and I had light cramping the week of my positive test. (With the ectopic I had very limited pregnancy symptoms.)

All these signs seem positive... I'm just curious if anyone had early pregnancy symptoms and had a second ectopic..

Cramps are Normal. The uterus is stretching. When they become unbearable, you should be concerned. Speak with your doctor to clear your mind.
