Pregnancy workouts!

    I just wanted to share with all the mommy to be's out there these pregnancy workouts by Autumn Calabrese from Beachbody. These workouts are great for anyone who may be nervous to continue their fitness routines during their pregnany. They're split into trimesters so you know that what you're doing is safe for your baby :)

    I'm not convinced. I'm very afraid to workout now, but my spine need it, I think. Because of my scoliosis pregnancy is really hard experience for me :(

    Patrice, I'm so sorry to hear that. Have you consulted your dr about it? What does he/she say about working out with your scoliosis?
