I was quite active before I got pregnant and then pretty much did very little for 9 months as I was shattered. we've been going for walks to get us out the house and to get some exercise but when LO is old enough i'd like to start buggy running with her and going out for more challenging walks/ bike rides etc. park run is starting at the end of the month in my town and i'm really keen to start going (think 5k is probably doable if a little slow in my unfit state!). think i'll be just under 6weeks pp when it starts, how soon after birth did you start getting back into exercise?
