Possible Ectopic

Has anybody had this happen and have a positive outcome? My levels went from 185 to 167 in 2 days. My tubes are tied and because I'm so early they aren't sure if it's in my tubes or uterus. They did multiple Ultrasounds and was unable to verify anything because I'm too early .But we do know my levels dropped. Please any similar stories.They want me to abort, I'm so distraught. I want a 100 percent confirmation before I abort not just we think it might be ...
