Positive Opk at 9dpo

Hi, I'm new here on my 2nd month ttc #2. My son will be 5 this week and feel like its time he became a big brother.

I've never ttc before my son was a suprise as i had the implant in at the time and i was 4 months pregnant when i found out.

Last night Hubby went to cuddle me, when he put slight pressure on my belly i felt really sick and had to run to the loo to throw up
So because i have no hpts i decided to use an opk instead which has come up positive. Can opks predict pregnancy?

I usually get a pos opk when pregnant but I can also feel sick around ovulation too.

I got a strong positive opk when I was pregnant about 13 dpo x
