Positive OPK at 6DPO...any ideas, ladies?

So, I’m in my third cycle of charting using BBT and OPK and still trying to find my feet with it all.
The first couple of months seemed to show that I have quite a short luteal phase which I am waiting to speaking to a doctor about but this months’ hasn’t thrown up an entirely new conundrum.
My BBT shows that I O’d on cycle day 10, I didn’t OPK around that time because I was away camping and couldn’t be bothered faffing about with POAS as well as temping. For some unknown reason I decided to OPK on CD14 and 15 and got very faint lines. Out of curiosity I tried again today and have got a very definite positive!
Has anyone else had this or would have any idea why this has happened?!

Thanks! At only 6DPO i won’t get my hopes up about being pregnant so I guess I shall just crack on with option (A) instead
