Popping in the night

Can anybody shed any light on this for me....??

Last night I woke up as per usual and when I tried to turn over I had a really bad sharp pain just under my ribs and something which felt like a popping. It was what I imagine a hernia popping out feels like. It really bloody hurts.

This has happened before about 3 nights ago in exactly the same area...and now it's really tender to touch and hurts when I move about.

Has anybody else had this and is it something I should worry about??? Could it just be my squashed organs moving?

I ve had that alot under my left booby, the MW told me it was the baby's postition- foot, arm, elbow... It feels really sore so you have my sympathy
