I have tonsilitis all the time and have an attack at the mo. I'm on cycle day 13 so should really be going for it but...bleurgh.

Did it last night and am hoping that might be enough to see us through. If I feel better at the weekend we'll be up for it anyway but that'll probably be too late for eggie.

Awww... i know what tonsilitus is like because i am prone to it, my gland on my right side swells up and its hard to swallow and horrible. I seem to have suffered all my life with it although i dont get it very often so im not complaining too much! I hope you feel better soon and catch that egg!!!!

ditto...you are exactly like me hun..my right glad swells and i have trouble swallowing seesm to feel like i have a golf ball in my throat..im also prone to tonsilitis and ave had a really bad throat for 2 days now

oh minxy...we only did the deed once last month a day before OV..and urmm it worked for s so ill hope and pray for you get well soon

I used to be exactly the same with tonsilitus until I got it so bad once i had to go to hospital as the infection was so bad it ate away most of the tonsils!!! TMI i know!
But I still get the glands up but my one like a golf ball is my left..it makes you feel horrible doesnt it?!

I also couldnt be bothered with the bd the last few days...its been 4 days now without, but I've just been so tired! Just fingers crossed it happened last week.

Hope you feel better soon Minxy, I know how you feel as I'm prone to tonsilitus too but the last time I saw the docs about it they said mine were shrinking dramatically so unlikely I'll get it again Only took 37 years! Hopefully yours will shrink too

My OH is the same as yours Minxy, he's very much about the making love and not just having sex, I can't even persuade him to have a quickie! Really hope once was enough to have caught that egg

Not necessarily. Cycle day 12 did it for me and I have pretty regular cycles. Also if you BD before ovulation you're more likely to get a girl? xxx
