I have a random question anyone know how?

Mw mentioned that more babies you have the more you bleed afterwards as the placenta attaches in a new place each time...

So here is my question how does the placenta / egg know where to grow? I thought the fertilised egg came out of the tube and where it landed is where it would embed? so where the placenta would then grow. Confused lol

My placenta is anterior this time and it was for my first too

Mines anterior this time but was posterior last time...

Mine was posterior with my first and anterior with my second. I had a c-section with my first and didn't really lose any blood with my second I had a natural birth and again didn't really lose any blood
