pins and needles sensation in feet

Hello everyone! Don't post much on here but Iam 31 weeks pregnant and since yesterday day have noticed a weird sort of pins and needle feeling in both my feet. have tried putting my feet up to see if that would ease it but it comes back. i did spend most of monday morning sitting on my legs on the floor wrapping presents? don't know if that is the cause? or if baby is lying on a nerve maybe? I do have my midwife appt tomorrow so will ask her but am sitting here worrying as usual!! any advice would be really appreciated!! thanks girls xx

I don't have much advice really but wanted to send some hugs. I have suffered from carpal tunnel which did similar things to my feet so it might be that which is annoying but not much to worry about or as you said, LO might have moved onto a nerve. Hope it goes soon for you hon as it is very uncomfortable but definitely mention to your MW tomorrow xxxxx
