Thus was a problem for me during my first pregnancy. No kidding I couldn't sit, stand, or lie down without being in absolute agony. I live in fear of it happening again! At first people thought it was funny but when they realised I was in tears from being in so much pain the laughing stopped! First, eat lots of fibre, drink lots of water. Clean with wipes. Don't strain! The only relief is got was from sitting in a lukewarm bath. The pain relented after about 2 weeks. I really feel for you, proper piles are horrendous xx
