i was going to start a similar thread asking for peoples recipies so maybe people could put their pics and recipies?
For me its no carbs (and it means really no carbs. even oranges and apples contains loads!) , no sweets and no much fats. Bsically for the morning it is a smoothy (just berries with a bit of pinaple juice), lunch big leafy salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and paprika (due to this diet you can have mayo sauce ) and in the evening grilled salmon or chicken breast with brocolly or couliflower Through the day just water or herbal tea with no sugar and loads of Pepsi Max! Yummm! And if Im really naughty I just have a bit of dark chocolate Lost a stone already
This was my lunch today King Prawn salad: mixed leaves fresh corriander chives cucumber cherry toms fat free italian dressing Tablespoon cottage cheese lemon 3 crispbreads All free on original day slimming world 3 crispbreads = 1 b choice delicious!!! I'll put my dinner up soon
