At the hospital I was told I'd be getting a follow-up physiotherapy appointment, so they can check my muscles "down there"
I had a third degree tear so presumably it's to check it's all healing ok.
My appointment is on the 19th, and I was wondering if anyone else has had one of these?
I want to know what to expect as I'm not looking forward to it AT ALL!
