Period pains again. ow!

Hiyaaaa,
So, the period pains have started up again in the last few days. Again only from about 6pm and then through the night. Again!
Any ideas what I can do? Paracetemol does nothing. I don't think is BH or contractions as its continuous, literally non stop for hours. Just so frigging sore!

I found that I was quite crampy as baby was moving down. Everytime I mentioned it to the midwife she just assumed it was the baby moving down. I think its just something that you might have to cope with. Ive been having random cramps which can get quite uncomfortable at times most evenings.

Wonderful. This might sound really stupid... but, since the babys breech, can it move down? Like, could a breech baby engage and so on?

I have no idea sorry. Theres alot of breech babys on here at the moment though so someone might know

My labour started with period pains but they were only for a few minutes on and off then got worse quite quick! Hope it is baby engaging for you

We have said before on here that breech babes must engage as some are born vaginally breech! I have been having period like pains since yesturday so fingers crossed our babes will be soon x

Oooh... thats a good point. Being pregnant is making me so dense! I'm really not this out of it normally!
