period after giving birth

I got my first one on new years day but i am breastfeeding!

after my pregnancy bleed I had a very heavy period about 4 weeks after, then another very slight bleed again about 4 weeks after that, then went nearly 3 months with nothing. I had a c section and couldnt breastfeed

well its been 6 weeks since i stopped bleeding and im only breastfeeding once a day so i thought i'd have had one by now...

as soon as i stop BFing completely and get my first one im gonna go back on the pill and take without breaks- i hate periods! lol

I stopped bleeding 2 1/2 weeks after giving birth and I am dreading having a period again. I think I will probably panic.

Hi there, I'm giving 2-3 breastfeeds a day and still have'nt had a period.
Really not looking forward to them starting , they were always v. painful.

I had a period whilst breastfeeding at about 5 months after birth. I was pretty shocked and unprepared as I thought that periods stop whilst bf but luckily I was at home.
