I did, can't say if it worked as I ended up with an episiotomy due to a lengthy pushing stage. It certainly can't do any harm! xx

I dnt fancy doing it tbh.. I cant see it helping me lol. Noahs guna be a whopper anyway! think if im guna need stitches my thumbs pulling my foof open isnt guna help hahaha x
