Perenium Massage???

    Does anyone do this?
    If so, who taught u and has it done anything?

    My MW told me at 34 wk appt that it is something i can start doing soon, but i cant remember if she told me i will be taught how in the next appt or at antenatal...

    Tbh it doesnt appeal to me- even my mum says, if ur gonna tear, u will tear.
    And i can barely reach down there these days anyway ive got so big- the thought of it grosses me out.

    Plus i feel like if i stretch that area, how the heck am i gonna tighten it up again after the birth if it was stretched for weeks leading up to it? One little stretch on the day might be easier to tighten up again.... i dunno lol

    I did it with my first pregnancy (religiously) and didn't with my second. I noticed no difference whatsoever! xx

    Im curious about this too but yeah what if its one of those things they say helps and actually its just a waste of time!

    thanks for that link, quite helpful. im just confused as to when you do the U motion, which way you do the U, towards you or away from u lol
