Pinched this from ceecees post in tri1 as it was a great reminder and ive since forgotten to do my daily squeeze! (This is from babycentre) Remember to do your pelvic floor exercises as your uterus grows and your ligaments stretch. Squeeze and hold your pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop doing a pee and trying not to pass wind at the same time. Do eight squeezes, holding for a few seconds with each squeeze, three times a day. So squeeze, relax and then post "bump"
