I recently purchased a 4D groupon voucher for Peak a View in Manchester. i rang to book the appointment today and was told they would pencil in 25th Feb @ 10am, but i had to complete the form online, which i did straight away. 10 minutes later i recieved a call to say can a do the Tuesday, i said no due to work commitments, how about the following Saturday? They gave me several excuses like their sysetm takes 24 hours to update, surely their computer systems are high tec or are they from the 80's? I know this is a lie as i work within the IT industry! I dread to think what their scan equipment is like. Another excuse what they need to check how many people are 25 weeks pregnant, why? I'll be 28 wks and its in 4 weeks time. i asked were they only allocating appointment times when they are usually quiet, as it states in the T&C's appointments 7 days a week. Claire a scottish woman i spoke to became very nasty and said they would not scan me! I wish i'd paid attention to a posting on another forum before booking (checkout babyandbump website)
Customer care at is best - i should have booked my scan with babybond as i have done for my other scans they are professional and have high tec equipment - you get what you pay for.
