PCOS, bleeding irregularly after m/c & metformin

Hey sperm experts

Would metformin help restore my cycles to normal?

I had a m/c in april & im STILL bleeding, which of course is hampering ttc and not to mention down right inconveniant, I have had around 10 days of not bleeding since April and I think my doc maybe stumped!

Hi

I think metformin can help with ovulation but not sure about helping with the bleeding.

I think norethisterone might be able to be used for that. Its a progesterone pill. Its normallay used to delay AF. I used it to bring on a period and the brand was called utovlan. But i'm sure i remember seeing something on the instructions about it being used for things like irregular bleeding and heavy periods etc, so it may be worth looking into. You need a prescription, so ask your doctor whether it would be any good.
