parted stomach muscles?

    I lost all my baby weight in first 2 weeks, but since then have put it all back on again

    My stomach still sticks out like I am pregnant and if I pull in my stomach muscles what a difference it makes!!

    It was never like that before

    will the tone come back with exercise or am I screwed?

    Hey!

    Try lying flat on your back on the floor, knees bent and lift your head and shoulders off the ground, this will tense your stomach muscles and if it's more than two finger tips apart then I'd definitely go see your GP.
