They were in love (no doubt would have had sex ) and now they have to stop 'being in love' with each other and build a brother/sister relationship. I hope they are both given some serious therapy

Half Brother/sister relationships are entirely possible, I mean what about sperm and egg donors, what if their kids meet and marry in later life?
