Painting House and Nursery

So question:
we had a bad leak in house so need to get our hallway and landing painted, this means our decorator will take 2 weeks and will be rubbing down old paint work, its a 1930's house. been told this might contain lead so shouldnt enhale.
also the gloss paint will stink
do u think its advisable for me to move out to my mums while his doing these bits?

also painting nursery, we cant do this till end of JUne now and baby due MId august, she wont be sleeping in there so should be fine but ill be doing her feeds in there and changing her in there

i cant find anything online to say when and how late u can paint nurseryxx

Emulsion is fine and some gloss as now water based. Well ventilate room etc when painting I would stay away when decorator is in stripping the paint.

Yes thanks hun he did say the gloss he uses is oil based, think ill stay away while he rubs down we have a lot of paintwork, 7 doors and staircase, i know rest of house will be full of dust which horrifies me, boyfriend will need to be here and sort it all
