painful ovary :s

I'm due to ovulate or have just done so recently. This morning I have a really bad stabbing pain in my right ovary, I normally get ov pains but they tend to be slight cramping, this is stabbing painful pain though! should I go doctors or let it pass? xx

I would see how the day goes hon. I've had it stabbing before, really struggled to bd that day even but woke up in the morning and it was gone. If it doesn't get better I would defo
