Hi ladies,
I have been suffering from really bad SPD and I have a trapped nerve in my back, unable to move much at all (without crying).

Been taking parecetamol, doctor prescribed me co-codomal 30/500 and 8/500 but I keep reading conflicting advice on these pain killers on the internet, and last year when I was pregnat I had a different doctor and he said I couldnt take any co-codomol. It is all very confusing. Anyone got any pain killer advice?

Im using a tens, and crutches but need more :(

thanks :)

AFAIK, you should only use co-codamol when really necessary when PG. I'd have thought if a Dr prescribed it for you it would be ok though?

    sorry to hear you're in so much pain.

I agree, I'm sure the doc wouldn't have given them to you if tey were harmful
