Headaches can sometimes be a result of dehydration which is common in pregnancy. If I get a headache I drink more water and have a lie down if I can until it goes away. Generally works for me. I try to drink before I get thirsty.
Sorry you're not feelin too well at the moment, like others have suggested already you should only take paracetamol and nothin else unless your doctor says so. Also try and drink a bit more as that might help which again has already been suggested. As for your back ache get your partner to give you a nice back rub with some body lotion or somethin nice that you like but make sure its safe in pregnancy.
