Ovulation pain

Pretty sure I ovulated yesterday or today but I've had some lower back ache and real af type cramps. Cycle day 17 today. Didn't experience this last month X

No but I thought I had a positive opk yesterday/today but my cm has been cloudy ewcm for 3 days then today it was quite thick but loads of it then one big bout of totally clear ewcm!
